Remember, as of 1st April 2006 we are now registered for VAT, as required by the Department of Health.
If you are travelling abroad you may need to consider being vaccinated against any diseases or viruses that exist in the area you are travelling or staying. It is sensible to make provision well in advance of your expected departure date.
If you are travelling you should remember that all diseases are rare, especially if the precautions are taken and immunisation is given. If a disease is suspected, then special advice may be needed for the diagnosis and treatment – this would usually be from the Hospital of Tropical Diseases or Public Health.
On return from travelling if you have an acute or unusual illness or non-resolving illness for up to 6 months after your return from abroad please see a Doctor.
If you have any queries please contact the Practice Nurses at the surgery.
