However at the same time, in healthcare, we have a duty to ensure that we keep all our patients, staff and vulnerable community as safe as we can, particularly considering the rising number of COVID infections. Lister House Surgery , in line with many other NHS Organisations, will continue with the infection control measures that we have had in place for the last 6 months.

Only patients with an appointment should enter the building

Patients are asked to wear a surgical mask when attending the surgery.

All patients entering the practice must use hand sanitiser. Hand sanitiser is available through out the practice.

The 2 Metre social distance rule will still be maintained throughout the practice.

The Touchscreen will out of service.

Patients attending for an appointment should report to the Front Desk

Please be aware that the Reception team will ask you

1: If you have any symptoms of COVID
