Alternatively, you can contact us via AccuRx. AccuRx is an online triage and consultation system that allows our GPs and healthcare professionals to review, assign and deal with patient problems in a quick and safe way.
The system supports equity as requests are assessed by a clinician who can determine the urgency of the request and also which healthcare professional is best placed to deal with the issue. This enables better care for our patients and maximises the skills and expertise of our staff.
Please note, that this is not to be used in an emergency, only routine queries and requests.
